Natchez Thornless Blackberries are very large, sweet and firm which makes it great for jams, jellies and juice. Typically ripens mid June.
Ouachita (pronounced "Watch-it-taw") Thornless Blackberries are large, extra sweet and flavorful. Typically ripens mid June.
Rosborough is a large thorned, semi-sweet blackberry with small seeds. Typically ripens mid to late May.
Brison thorned blackberries are very large and similar to Rosborough. Typically ripens mid to late May.
Blackberries are high in antioxidants and provide many nutritional benefits. It is even said that they boost memory function.
Our Farmer's Market will bring you fresh, high quality, locally grown fruits & vegetables from Bell and surrounding counties. This is an opportunity to come and support your area farmers, many that are sustainable, some organic and home growers. By visiting our Farmer's Market this will give you the opportunity to meet and speak with the actual farmer who grows your food. Each vendor is responsible for taking their own form of payment, you might want to bring cash.
